Vegan Pizza to the MAX!

It's been awhile...I HAVE been cooking TONS of new recipes and so I'm going to try to catch up and be better with posting.

Delish Pizza! It's real easy - make my foccacia bread recipe and 1/2 it (unless you want TWO pizzas!) This will be your pizza dough.

On the last 15 min rise, get your ingredients ready.

  • Pizza sauce (I use Costco's basil spaghetti sauce)
  • Diaya Cheese (most delish vegan cheese) OR the Basil Tofu Ricotta recipe I posted previously
  • Saute peppers, onions, artichoke hearts, broccoli, whatever gets you hot!
Then layer away! And cook for the same time and temp as the focaccia recipe!
