4-6 oz chicken breast cooked and sliced
or 4-6 oz morning star "chicken" strips
2 c. light BBQ sauce
1/2 c. chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 c. sliced red onion
Whole Wheat Pizza Dough
1 c shredded reduced fat mozzarella cheese
1. In a bowl Mix chicken and BBQ sauce.
2. Spread dough on greased 12" pan or pizza stone, making a rim around the crust. Spread BBQ chicken mixture and sprinkle onion, cilantro, and cheese on top. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 425 degrees.
