1 medium green pepper cut into 1/2-inch slices
Basic Pizza Dough
1/2 can (15 oz) reduced sodium whole tomatoes, coarsely chopped
1/2 can (15 oz) quartered artichoke hearts, rinsed, drained
1/2 t. dried italian seasoning
1/2 c. shredded fat-free mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. shredded low reduced fat mozzarella cheese
2 T. grated parmesan cheese
1. Roast green peppers in skillet until brown - or line them on a foil lined cookie sheet and roast at 425 until tender and brown (20-30 min)
2. Spead dough on greased 12" pan, making a rim around the edge. Arrange peppers, tomatoes, and artichoke hearts on dough, sprinkle with cheese and seasoning. Bake at 425 for about 15-20 min
