Pizza Doughs- All 1.5 starch exchanges per slice

BASIC DOUGH
Makes one 12" crust - 6 large slices

1 1/4 c all purpose flour
1 package fast-rising yeast
1/2 t. sugar
1/4 t. salt
1/2 c. very hot water (120 degrees)

Combine 3/4 c. flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in bowl; add hot water, stirring until smooth. Mix in enough remaining 1/2 c flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured surface until smooth and elastic ( 3-5 min). Cover dough with bowl and let stand for 15 min. Spread out according to recipe directions!

CORNMEAL PIZZA DOUGH
Makes one 12" pizza - 6 large slices

1 c. all purpose flour, divided
1/4 c. yellow cornmeal
1 package fast-rising yeast
1/2 t. sugar
1/2 c. very hot water

1. Combine 1/2 c flour, cornmeal, and yeast in bowl. Follow the rest of the directions from above!

WHOLE WHEAT PIZZA DOUGH
Makes one 12" pizza - 6 large slices

3/4 c. all purpose flour, divided
1 package fat-rising yeast
1/4 t. salt
1/2 c. very hot water
2 t. honey
1/2 c. whole wheat flour

1. Combine all purpose flour, yeast, and salt in bowl, add hot water and honey. Mix in whole wheat flour to make a soft dough. Follow the rest of the directions from the 1st dough recipe.
