1/3 c. brown sugar
2 T. sugar
1 egg white
3/4 t. vanilla
3 T. water
2 c. rolled oats
1/3 c. white flour
1/3 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 t. salt
1/2 t. baking soda
1 t. cinnamon
1. Cream oil and sugars
2. Add egg white, vanilla, and water - mix well
3. Add oats, flours, salt, soda, cinnamon. Mix until blended. Do not over mix!
Drop by the tablespoon full on a slighty greased cookie sheet. bake 10-15 minutes at 35 degrees. These little tasty suckers are only 57 calories each!
