Frosted Cocoa Brownies

These brownies are AMAZING and only have 111 calories per serving and the exchanges are: 1 starch, and .5 fat.

1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
5 T. low fat butter spread
1/4 c. fat free milk
2 eggs or 1/2 c. egg substitute
1/4 c. honey
1 t. vanilla

1. Combine flour, sugar, and cocoa in a medium bowl; mix in butter, milk, eggs, honey, and vanilla, blending well. Pour into greased and floured 8-inch-square baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees until brownies spring back when touched (about 30 minutes). Cool in pan on wire rack; spread with cocoa frosting

COCOA FROSTING

1 c. powdered sugar
2-3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
1 T. low fat butter spread at room temperature
2-3 T. fat free milk

1. Mix all ingredients, adding enough milk to make the consistency spreadable
