Vegan Pumpkin Cookies

2 c. wheat flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. cinnamon
1/4 t. nutmeg
1 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 c. soymilk 
1/2 c. raisins or chocolate chips if you feel a tad naughty
1/2 c. nuts (optional)

Mix all the dry ingredients first then add the pumpkin, milk, and raisin, nuts, or choc chips. Drop 1 tablespoon full onto a slighty greases cookie sheet pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
