2 (15 ounce) cans garbanzo beans, drained, rinsed, and slightly mashed
4 stalks celery, chopped
1/4 - 1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
1 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons lime juice
1/2 cup mayonnaise (veganaise is a better option)
salt and pepper to taste
I left these next ingredients out and it was still fanatastic!!
1 1/2 tablespoons wasabi paste
1 1/2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1 cup dry bread crumbs, or as needed

Directions
- In a large bowl, mix the beans, celery, onion, and garlic. In a small bowl, blend the lemon juice, lime juice, mayonnaise, (and wasabi paste if you use this ingredient). Season with salt and pepper. (and if you ise bread crumbs gradually mix them in as needed to attain desired consistency.)
